Interlocking Pavers

When the stones are all placed, interlocking sand secures the hardscape. Interlocking pavers will not crack with shrinkage or ground movement because it is not a single material unit, it allows for flexibility. Pavers also allow for sections to be repaired should the ground move or the pavers get damaged.

For example, if your interlocking paver patio lifts or shifts over time due to the roots of a tree, you can remove the pavers in the affected area, remove the roots and replace the same pavers, without replacing the entire patio.

Interlocking paver hardscapes have a greater weight bearing load than concrete (concrete weight capacity is generally sufficient for nearly all residential applications).

Elite Northwest Construction removed a patio in our back yard and replaced it with a larger pad and patio cover. Tomasi was very knowledgeable and was hands on with the designing process. his recommendations in which colors to use on the concrete and the stamp pattern really made our backyard pop. Tomasi with Elite Northwest Construction came out and bid a stamped concrete patio at my home. His price was right in line with other bids and he was very knowledgeable about the process, so we decided to hire him for the project. Tomasi helped us pick the right color/stamp design for what we envisioned and was always available by phone when I had questions along the way. His crew was on time everyday and kept the site clean and organized. We are more than happy with the finished product and the level of service we were given!
